Dr. Michelle Lo
Michelle is a Naturopathic Doctor and Psychotherapist who takes an integrative approach to health, supporting both the physical and emotional aspects of wellbeing.
She completed her undergraduate education at McMaster University in Kinesiology, followed by clinical training at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM).
Her background includes work in pediatric care and additional training at the Chinese Medical Hospital in Guangzhou, China, with a focus on acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine.
Michelle later completed a Master of Divinity (Counselling) at Tyndale University, expanding her work into psychotherapy. She now supports individuals and couples navigating trauma, emotional patterns, and relationship challenges, with a particular focus on client who are exhausted from trying to do it all and who feel stuck beneath the surface. She is also an EFT-certified couples therapist, helping partners move out of cycles of disconnection and toward stronger, more secure relationships.

Her approach is collaborative and grounded in meaning-making, with the option to thoughtfully integrate faith for those who value it.

On her free time, she practices building safe attachment with her 2 sons and husband. She also enjoys growing edible plants, baking, and eating pastries. (You could say she just enjoys food...)

Michelle’s practice is divided into two areas:

supporting physical health through a holistic, root-cause approach
supporting emotional health, relationships, and personal growth
Your Path Toward Healing & Wholeness
Integrative care that supports emotional wellbeing, physical health, and meaningful transformation, one step at a time.
