Welcome

The first step is often the hardest. It’s not easy to recognize that help is needed, much less reach out to a professional. Many people carry emotional pain, anxiety, relationship struggles, or a sense of disconnection quietly and privately, unsure of how to move forward. As a Registered Psychotherapist and Certified Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) therapist with over 10 years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families through difficult seasons, I help clients slow down, untangle what feels overwhelming, and make sense of what is happening beneath the surface. It is deeply rewarding to see clients gain insight, shift long-standing patterns, and begin relating to themselves and others in healthier, more connected ways.

For individuals, therapy can be a space to better understand emotional patterns, navigate stress or trauma, strengthen relationships, and reconnect with a greater sense of clarity and self-understanding. For couples and families longing for connection but exhausted from trying, EFT offers a research-supported roadmap for understanding and transforming the emotional patterns creating distance in their closest relationships.

For couples who feel stuck in the same painful loop, or parents and children who love each other deeply and still keep missing each other, I help create a path through the messy arguments and confusing reactions. I know how isolating it can feel when you are trying everything, and connection still slips away, and I’ve seen firsthand how healing conversations, emotional safety, and deeper understanding can transform relationships over time.

Who I Work With

I work with:

  • Individuals who feel like they've tried so hard, and are still stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected.

  • Couples who care about their relationship but feel caught in cycles of conflict or distance

  • Individuals processing trauma or longstanding emotional patterns

  • Clients who long to integrate their faith into their current struggles, but feel conflicted or unsure.

How I Work

My approach is collaborative, insight-oriented, and grounded in meaning-making.  I offer my own insights, make suggestions, provide feedback.

Together, we:

  • Slow down the thought and emotional jumble

  • Explore patterns in your emotions and relationships

  • Understand how past experiences shape the present

  • Build new ways of relating to yourself and others

This is not surface-level therapy, it’s work that aims for meaningful, lasting change.

Couples Therapy

I am an EFT-certified couples therapist and work with couples who are committed but feel frustrated and lost.

These are phrases I hear often from my clients who seek my help:

"I don't know why not matter which topic we discuss, we always end up fighting about the same things."

"If he/she cared, he/she would ..."

"Nothing I do is ever good enough."

In our work, we:

  • Name underlying attachment styles

  • Identify patterns like pursuer/withdrawer cycles

  • Create exciting new experiences of connection and safety

  • Rebuild trust and connection

Faith Integration (Optional)

For clients who value faith, I offer therapy that thoughtfully integrates psychological insight and spiritual life, without pressure or assumption.

What to Expect

  • A space that is reflective, structured, and collaborative

  • A focus on both insight and practical change

  • Work that goes beyond coping into deeper understanding
